HIP 116454b is a extrasolar planet orbiting the star HIP 116454, 180 light years from Earth, toward the constellation Pisces. It is 20,000 miles in diameter and 12 times as massive as Earth. It was discovered by the NASA spacecraft Kepler, the first exoplanet discovered during its K2 mission. The discovery was announced on December 18, 2014.
