I suggest to re-arrange it so that citations lead directly to the references, rather than to the notes first and then to the references. As far as I know, notes are meant to be look footnotes, but not like normal citations. ] (]) 11:42, 22 December 2014 (UTC)

Why have Notes and References when the notes just lead to the references?
