I am unfamiliar with this interface so hopefully this is the proper "talk" process.

I have no affiliation with The Resonance Project aside from Nassim Haramein's lectures giving some validation to ideas I have been thinking about for a long time, but for which it has been hard to find reliable information about. At times the subject seems to have been suppressed by the science establishment either purposefully or just out of hubris, and anyone discussing the subject publicly ridiculed. Either way it's "flat-earth society" type behaviour that I find objectionable.

I understand your points but disagree, particularly on the notability aspect. I can easily find scores of entries regarding subjects of less notability than The Resonance Project on Misplaced Pages. I am suspicious of the motivation to so quickly suppress my expression of free speech in this so called "community". Instead of offering a chance for me to bring my article into compliance with Misplaced Pages standards you quickly deleted it, and by doing so silenced my opinions. Thats wrong. And although a comment made by another editor stated that I had a chance to contest the "Speedy Deletion" I could find no such option.

When you have notability thresholds for a supposedly public community which rely on mainstream media to set the bar, and the mainstream media is owned and virtually controlled by a few select individuals and organizations with their own agendas, then you have a problem. Misplaced Pages you have a problem, and if I can't get entries for "Nassim Haramein" and "The Resonance Project" in I am going to begin a campaign to discredit and inform of the corruption of Misplaced Pages, the not-so-"free" encyclopedia. Wake up Misplaced Pages editors...open your eyes and minds and be a force for good in the world, not another puppet.

This new field of spiritual science or Unified Physics, whatever you want to call it, is an important subject and needs to be represented in the sphere of social consciousness whether you agree with it or not. There are thriving social media communities of 300,000+ individuals on both The Resonance Project and Hassim Harramein's Facebook pages, and yet Misplaced Pages via it's ignorant (sorry it's true) editors quickly dismiss as not notable. It's notable enough for 300,000 people to include the information provided by Nassim Haramein and The Resonance Project in their social media feeds, who are you to dismiss so many people's opinions? 300,000 people think about that.

If I gather the neccessary information would you be willing to help me organize it in such a manner as to pass muster of the Misplaced Pages editorial drones?

Exactly. So why not ask me to expand articles like Aangan rather than going straight to AFD? I've always supported the work you do on here. Sorry. I didn't check who the page creator was and when I saw your name I realised that I had probably made a mistake. I have been trying to de-orphan articles and when I came across Aangan it looked like other articles that are created and just dumped. So in trying to clean out the rubbish I AfD'd your article. That's OK, thanks for withdrawing. I've created Template:Nasir Hussain. He seems a pretty notable director. There are a lot of undeveloped stubs for Hindi films though. Naval Station Durban

Just letting you know that I've started an article on Naval Station Durban. Basically all I have so far is a paragraph on the current upgrade efforts and another on the original construction of "Naval Base Durban" during WW2. The history in-between will need some more research effort. I'll see if I can find some useful material on my bookshelf - which mostly covers the Border War/Struggle era. I took a look at your sandbox - wow it's busy!

The piece you have on SANDF Joint Ops looks almost ready for mainspace - once you add references of course. When you do take it to mainspace don't forget to add a note somewhere (a hatnote would probably be best) that the "Division" in the title does not refer to Division (military) but is used in the sense of "department". I hate how the SANDF is so sloppy with their abuse of terms that are supposed to have very specific meanings in a military context. Roger (Dodger67) (talk) 09:53, 6 October 2014 (UTC)

Greetings Gbawden, thanks for your note regarding the proposed deletion of Slipstream – The Best of British Jazz-Funk. I wasn't particularly concerned about the proposed deletion, especially as I'm not too sure what the current policy for compliation albums is. However, precisely the following item on my Watchlist was another compilation album, Festen er ikke over... det er kake igjen, which you seem to have no objection to. Greetings again. Thanks for your reply. I agree with you that the label's motives in releasing the compilation are as you state, but that would certainly be applicable in both cases. Many, if not most of the bands included in the British compilation do actually do justice to the title, so I would argue that that compilation is relevant in the UK context–at least–just as the other would be in the Norwegian context–at least. Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Not sure that a compilation album's notability is affected by the fact that it consists of works by one or several artists. On the other hand, regarding relevance, the British album is included in The Blackwell Guide to Soul Recordings, which possibly tips the balance slightly more in favour of "keep": Part Nine: Great Britain & the European Continent - Basic Recordings. Post mortem

Not only did he not live long enough to achieve much, he appears to have gone on composing (as opposed to composting...) for two years after his death. Actually, a page posted in a language other than English gets two weeks two live while listed at WP:Pages needing translation into English (which gives the guidelines for this procedure). Tony Nelssen speedy deletion request

It appears that you flagged this article for speedy deletion, which was apparently removed by a subsequent reviewer. However, I want to make sure that your concern was adequately addressed.

The citations in the article represent a small number of the over 700 hits returned by a Google search for "site:azcentral.com "Tony Nelssen"" AZCentral is the online portal for the Arizona Republic, the newspaper of record for the State of Arizona, and is but one of many sources that list references to Councilman Nelssen.

This seems to be in keeping with the Notability criteria you cited, specifically a "major local political figure who has received significant press coverage."

The reason this list was created so that it's parent page would not have a "C" Rating. I realize you think that this list is not important. If hat is the case, would you have an objection to it being merged with i's parent article? May I ask, are you from the United States? I'm not trying to offend you in any way. The link may be a typo or an error. The article looks speediable per CSD G11 and probably G12, but the subject may very well be notable--he also has a an article on the Malaysian wiki which includes a link to an interview at the Times of India. It's a thin reference and an article here would need more sourcing, but he's not made-up. I'll re-tag accordingly. --Finngall 18:23, 3 February 2015 (UTC)
