DD Free Dish (Template:Lang-hi), (formerly DD Direct+, known colloquially as Doordarshan DTH) is an Indian free-to-air digital direct-broadcast satellite television service owned and operated by the state-controlled public service broadcaster Prasar Bharati (Doordarshan). It is the only free-to-air satellite television service in India. Insat4B satellite is used to broadcast 64 FTA mpeg-2 Channels and 24 mpeg-4 chanels in Ku-Band. Dd free dish added new logo it's 3 transponder from October 29, 2014

Frequency table

For Manual search the Polarity, Transpoder Frequency & Symbol Rate are required they are as follows;

  • Frequency of the channel are = 10990, 11070, 11150, 11490, 11570
  • Polarity of the channel should be V = Vertical (In All Case)
  • Symbol Rate of the channel should be = 28500
  • LNB Frequency is always = 9750
  • Disc Eq & 22k should be = OFF

NOTE-The direction of Antenna (radio) or Dish should be in south-east direction at an angle 90 degree.When the direction is perfect then only the channel will catches good signal strength & intensity,also auto-scan or manual scan will work only when direction's meet the requirement's.
