Francesco Canero Medici (1886-1946) was an Italian diplomat. He collaborated with Luigi Amedeo, Duke of the Abruzzi.

He was nominated as Governor of Addis Abeba in 1938 and served as such 23 September 1938 - 1 January 1939. He was prefect of Tripoli 1939-1941. He collaborated with Italo Balbo. He died in 1946 in Rome.
