"Lot Lizards" are also known by the automotive industry as a looker and not a buyer.<br> I.E. Lot lizard is a prostitute at a truck stop. It is one of the lower rungs of the sex industry heirarchy. The term was popularized by the book Sarah which is a fictional account of the life of a truck stop prostitute. Police report that lot lizards also engage in pickpocketing, stealing wallets and other petty crimes.
