When Worlds Collide (Cuando Los Mundos Chocan in Spanish) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view that took place on November 6, 1994 from the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena in Los Angeles, California. It was presented by the Mexican lucha libre company Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) and promoted in conjunction with World Championship Wrestling (WCW). WCW Executive Vice-President Eric Bischoff had helped AAA secure a show on American pay-per-view and produced a show that received generally favorable reviews.
The show was broadcast in both English and Spanish. Chris Cruise and Mike Tenay called the action in English, while Arturo Rivera and Andrés Maroñas handled the Spanish announcing. This event also marked Tenay's first commentating role in professional wrestling.
It is one of just sixteen pay-per-view events not made available for streaming on the WWE Network service.
Event
The fourth match of the night was the team of Octagón and El Hijo del Santo against La Pareja del Terror (Art Barr and Eddy Guerrero) in a two out of three falls Mask vs. Hair match. La Pareja del Terror won the first fall when Barr covered Octagón after a frog splash. Octagón won the second fall by forcing Barr to submit to a submission maneuver. After receiving a Tombstone piledriver, Octagón was removed from the ring by a stretcher, and Santo was left to finish the match by himself. Santo pinned Guerrero for the final pin, and as a result, La Pareja del Terror had to shave their heads.
