Newark Broad Street Station is a historic New Jersey Transit commuter rail station in Newark, New Jersey. Built in 1906 by the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad to serve its line from Hoboken to Denville, the station's historic architecture includes an elegant clock tower and a brick and stone façade on the station's main building.

Broad Street Station is currently served by the Morristown Line and the Gladstone Branch of the Morris and Essex Lines, and the Montclair-Boonton Line.

This station is the northern terminus of an extension of the Newark City Subway from Newark Penn Station, part of the Newark-Elizabeth Rail Link. Service on this line opened on July 17, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. EDT.
