Jain International Residential School, (JIRS), India, is a residential school establishment also offering weekly boarding facilities under the Jain Group of Institutions(JGI), on a 300 acres (1.2 km) campus largely known as the Jain Global Campus. JIRS has more than 750 enrolled students from India and across the Globe pursuing education. Jain Academy For Sporting Excellence(JASE) is also operated within the campus.

Education

The school is affiliated with Cambridge University's International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) up to Grade 12. The school also provides International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP curriculum) for Grades 11 and 12. It has a student-teacher ratio of 8:1, with 25 students to a class. It supports a global culture and environment.

Location

The school is located near Jakkasandra in Kanakapura on the Bangalore Coimbatore National Highway (NH 209) a distance of 40 km from the Garden City of Bangalore. It is a few minutes away the Art Of Living International Centre and the Pyramid Valley.
