This is an update to the request for comment and a request for wider participation. The RfC question asks for community feedback on a one-sentence addition to the funding section of a politically active non-profit organization. The main source is a pair of reports in '']'', supported by ] and the '']''. The proposed content summarizes a key finding of investigative journalism. The discussion of the RfC centers on the due weight of investigative journalism into the sources of funding of not-for-profit organizations that are not legally required to disclose their funders. Attention from uninvolved editors with some experience with articles on non-profit organizations is respectfully requested. Generous excerpts from the sources are provided in the statement of the RfC question for your convenience. Please help with this request for comment. Thank you in advance for your time and attention. ] (]) 16:30, 22 July 2015 (UTC) | This is an update to the request for comment and a request for wider participation. Article alerts
This is a notice to let you know about Article alerts, a fully-automated subscription-based news delivery system designed to notify WikiProjects and Taskforces when articles are entering Articles for deletion, Requests for comment, Peer review and other workflows (full list). The reports are updated on a daily basis, and provide brief summaries of what happened, with relevant links to discussion or results when possible. A certain degree of customization is available; WikiProjects and Taskforces can choose which workflows to include, have individual reports generated for each workflow, have deletion discussion transcluded on the reports, and so on. An example of a customized report can be found here.
If you are already subscribed to Article Alerts, it is now easier to report bugs and request new features. We are also in the process of implementing a "news system", which would let projects know about ongoing discussions on a wikipedia-wide level, and other things of interest. The developers also note that some subscribing WikiProjects and Taskforces use the display=none
parameter, but forget to give a link to their alert page. Your alert page should be located at "Misplaced Pages:PROJECT-OR-TASKFORCE-HOMEPAGE/Article alerts". Questions and feedback should be left at Misplaced Pages talk:Article alerts.

Egyptian Center for Economic and Social Rights (ECESR)
I've done some work (re)establishing an ECESR stub article and would like to invite editors with an interest in such topics to help expand upon it. --Kevjonesin (talk) 05:57, 24 April 2015 (UTC)

Non-governmental federation
I just created a new article, non-governmental federation, as I saw a need for it at Federation (disambiguation). I have started it as two lists, one of types of federation (that have articles) and one for actual federations. It probably omits many notable federations that could be listed, and the two-list format is probably not ideal, so please be bold and jump in to improve non-governmental federation . --Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) (Talk) 10:42, 8 June 2015 (UTC)
- Please add it to your watchlist, and assess it's quality for your wikiproject at Talk:Non-governmental federation. I think it is Start class. --Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) (Talk) 11:03, 8 June 2015 (UTC)
Merge this WikiProject with Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Companies
I was looking for some guidance on notability of non-profit organizations and came across this WikiProject. It seems activity on this project is very limited and many ends are left loose (for example Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Organizations/Categorization). Why not merge with Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Companies? Gpeja (talk) 22:11, 25 June 2015 (UTC)
Please leave your comments at WikiProject Companies Portal. Gpeja (talk) 17:26, 26 June 2015 (UTC)

JC's Girls
I have started an FAC for the article about JC's Girls, a Christian organization. The reviewers who have contributed to the FAC so far seem sharply divided. Any constructive contributions would be greatly appreciated. Neelix (talk) 19:19, 17 July 2015 (UTC)
