Tom Leith is an American football coach in the United States.

Coaching career

Leith was the head college football coach for the Adrian Bulldogs located in Adrian, Michigan. He held that position for the 1911 and 1912 seasons. His coaching record at Adrian was 12 wins and 4 losses. As of the conclusion of the 2010 season, this ranks him #7 at Adrian in total wins and #1 at the school in winning percentage (.750).
