The tour is set to begin in Las Vegas, Nevada at Mandalay Bay on May 6, 2016 and will conclude its North American leg on July 8, 2016 in Los Angeles, California at The Staples Center. She will be going to cities like San Juan, Mexico City, and many other cities around the world later in the year.

On October 1, 2015, Gomez announced that she would be begin touring North America in late spring of the following year in support of her album Revival. When discussing the tour in a video posted to her fans, Gomez stated:
