Charlie Ray born Charlotte Ray Rosenberg, on March 8, 1992 is an American actress best known for her role as Rosemary Telesco in Little Manhattan. Born in New York City,New York, she is the younger sister of filmmaker Jackson Waite of California. Charlie reportedly has a passion for dancing; since the age of 5 she has studied Jazz, Hip Hop and Ballet.
