Ronald Rich is a blond American actor most famous for his role as Hans, the personal bodyguard of Ernst Stavro Blofeld in the 1967 James Bond film, You Only Live Twice. He is 6ft 8 inches tall and dwarfed even the 6ft 2 inch Sean Connery during their confrontation in Blofeld's apartment.
Rich is also memorable for his appearances in Doctor Who, in Season 02, story 017:'The Time Meddler', where he played 'GUNNAR THE GIANT' and Season 03, story 019:'Mission To The Unknown', where he played 'TRANTIS' both in 1965.
