Christina Cuenca (born 1980) is a former American beauty queen who has held the title Miss Louisiana USA and competed at Miss USA.

Cuenca, who comes from Arabi, Louisiana is an experienced pageant veteran who competed for five consecutive years before winning the crown, including placing second runner-up three times. Cuenca first appeared on the Louisiana pageant stage in 1999, when she placed second runner-up. She returned the following year for the Miss Louisiana USA 2001 pageant, where she made the top 12. Cuenca returned and equalled her second runner-up placement in the 2002 and 2003 pageants, and then made the top ten in 2004. Cuenca returned for her final chance at the title in the 2006 pageant which was postponed until January 2006 due to the effects of Hurricane Katrina.

Cuenca won the title Miss Louisiana USA 2006 in her final attempt. Cuenca was involved as a volunteer in the rebuilding efforts in New Orleans. She had the opportunity of appearing in a Miss USA special episode of Deal or No Deal broadcast the week of the Miss USA pageant preliminaries in April.

Cuenca was in the Miss USA 2006 pageant. Despite being widely favored by pageant fans on the Voy message boards, Cuenca failed to make the semi-finals.

Having graduated from Archbishop Hannan High School in 1997, Cuenca completed a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism from Louisiana State University in 2004. She worked as an actress and model and was active with Shine Productions, a theatrical group in St Bernard. Her work as a model has taken her to Thailand, Germany and Italy.

Cuenca was seen in the Windows 7 Phone commercial (first aired during the 2010 World Series) as the woman wearing black lingerie attempting to seduce her husband.
