It is affiliated to the International Confederation of Arab Trade Unions, the Organization of African Trade Union Unity and The World Federation of Trade Unions WFTU .ETUF is seeking for defending workers and their rights . ETUF owns a resort located in the Mediterranean Sea which has about 360 apartments and a hotel ( Al-Ahlam Village ), it owns also a part from the Industrial Development and Workers Bank of Egypt as well as a Workers University and many local federations in all provinces of Egypt .
