Yumna Zaidi ( یومنہ زیدی; born 30 July 1989) is a Pakistani television actress. One of the most popular and highest-paid Pakistani celebrities, she has established a carers in Pakistani television industry and has received six Hum Award nominations.
Zaidi, born and raised in Lahore, made her acting debut with a supporting role in the ARY Digital series Thakan—and received critical appreciation for her performance. That same year, she played the lead female role in the commercially successful drama Khushi Ek Roag. Zaidi received praise for portraying central characters in the dramas, Geo TV's Meri Dulari (2013) and Hum TV's Ullu Baraye Farokht Nahi (2013) and received the Hum Award for Best Supporting Actress nomination for the later. Zaidi was born and brought up into a muslim family in Karachi, Pakistan.Her father Is farmer, and mother is a house wife. She is from a village Arifwala. She shifted to Lahore to complete her studies. She has 2 elder sisters and a younger brother.
