Forgive me if I missed this, but in reading the account of the 2000 election I did not notice a reference to Al Gore's having won the popular vote, nor any refernce to the controversy regarding Sandra Day O'Connor's alleged reaction to the early call of Florida for Gore, which if true revealed her bias and was grounds for recusing herself. By taking the policies on WP:BLP seriously. Half of the article should be deleted immediately, as it is all unsourced material. As a start, I would recommend {{fact}}-tagging all unsourced claims HJ 12:44, 15 August 2006 (UTC)
