Jonny Rees (born 21 March 1968) known professionally as Greg Ellis, is an English actor and voice actor. He is known for his voice over work in video games, movies and TV shows. He is also known for voicing Jet-Vac and Bomb Shell in the Skylanders franchise, Cullen in the Dragon Age franchise, Rocket Raccoon through various Marvel projects and Provided Additional Voices for The Bard's Tale, Medal of Honor: European Assault, SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Fireteam Bravo 2, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, BioShock Infinite, Disney Infinity and Sofia the First.

Career

Ellis known for his TV, film, and video game voice over work. He has appeared in films such as the Pirates of the Caribbean series (as Lieutenant Commander Theodore Groves of the Royal Navy), the 2009 Star Trek film (as Chief Engineer Olsen, the original engineer of the Enterprise), Titanic, Beowulf, To End All Wars, and Mr. and Mrs. Smith. His television work includes Trust Me, The X-Files, Valentine, Nip-Tuck, the 2008 remake Knight Rider series, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (in its final episode, "What You Leave Behind"), and in the third season of 24 (as the biological weapons dealer Michael Amador).

He also has a steady voice over career. His voice was featured in the PlayStation 2 games Rogue Galaxy (as Simon Wicard), Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII (as Cait Sith), and Tomb Raider: Legend (as Alister Fletcher), as well as in Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age II, and Dragon Age: Inquisition (as Cullen). His minor video game work includes voices for SOCOM II: U.S. Navy SEALs, SOCOM 3: U.S. Navy SEALs, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, Tomb Raider: Underworld, and Ty the Tasmanian Tiger. He has also voiced characters in cartoons such as The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Invader Zim, and first three series of the Ben 10 franchise.

He played Commander Giles Price in the game Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 and reprised the role in Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 - Uprising. He reprised his role as Cait Sith in the English version of the CGI film Final Fantasy VII Advent Children. He voiced Garmund in the Robert Zemeckis animated film, Beowulf. Ellis originally started in musicals and was Rusty in Starlight Express at the Apollo Victoria Theatre and was the alternate Chris in the original cast of Miss Saigon at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. He also appears on the cast recording of the new Starlight Express. He released a single from the show, "Next Time You Fall in Love".

He is also provided Additional Voices for The Bard's Tale, SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Fireteam Bravo 2, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, BioShock Infinite, Disney Infinity and Sofia the First.

He is uncredited as he provides Additional Voices for Medal of Honor: European Assault.

He also provided Various Voices for The Incredibles: Rise of the Underminer.

On May 11, 2016 Ellis went missing from his home in North Hollywood and there was a great concern for his whereabouts from his friends and fans. He was found after 4 days on the 14th May 2016. Currently it's unknown what happened or how he was found.
