The people of the State of Jammu & Kashmir once an independent and sovereign nation have been subjected to oppression, subjugation and forced unnatural division since Indian armed invasions on 27 October 1947 to present. | |||
The members of KFM and citizens of J&K find the continued forced occupation of our country totally unacceptable and total disregard to fundamental principles. We shall seek to regain our sovereignty, integrity and full independence and re-establish our status as a ] in accordance with the Charter of the ] (U.N) as a our right, so that we can live in peace and harmony within the community of nations. | |||
We are the members of KFM want to declare for the whole world to know that: | |||
1. JAMMU KASHMIR belongs to all who live in it without distinction of colour, caste, creed, region or religion. | |||
2. It is not a ] between the ] and ] but is a question of the right of ] of 14,000,000 people of the State. Strive at all regional and international levels to enable the peoples of JAMMU AND KASHMIR to exercise our right within the terms of U.N. Resolutions, which is binding on all the parties concerned and cooperation. | |||
3. Bharat and Pakistan must withdraw simultaneously all their military, para-military, and other forces from JAMMU KASHMIR. Provide moral and political support to the freedom struggle of the people get involve and coordinate the efforts both inside and outside on a humanitarian level to assist in need of relief and medical aid (doctors without borders) to the helpless innocent victims in their righteous cause, whether from powerful man made situation or natural disasters in the whole state. | |||
4. All human rights violations at the hands of Illegal Armed forces and their backed militants must end now and uphold and defend the ] of the people of JAMMU KASHMIR under the plight of Indian Aggression. | |||
5. The ] and movement of civilians, political and humanitarian’s workers must be allowed through out JAMMU KASHMIR without any restrictions or any unlawful acts upon them with immediate effect. | |||
6. United Nations must facilitate in holding free and fair elections for the establishment of a '''"Peoples Representative Council"''' comprising of members from all its regions and Political ideals. This council would represent and negotiate on the final settlement of JAMMU KASHMIR dispute with India and Pakistan. | |||
7 International community must facilitate a Peace process to help all the legitimate stakeholders to agree a timescale for a free and fair ] through which Kashmiris shall determine their national status by exercising their universally recognised unconditional Right of ] as an Agreement accepted by us. | |||
