The Saddleworth White Rose Society is an organisation dedicated to raising awareness of Saddleworth's situation within the historic boundaries of Yorkshire.

Though Saddleworth itself has been situatuated in the administrative county of the Metropolitan Borough of Oldham since the change of the boundaries in 1974, and no longer within the administrative county of The West Riding of Yorkshire, it still lies within the traditional boundary of Yorkshire; a fact which The Saddleworth White Rose Society feels many people in Saddleworth are unaware of. It therefore aims to change this by organising events in the region, mostly on 1 August - Yorkshire Day, and the publication of its newsletter.
