The protest campaign, has been taken, in view, that the common man is suffering from the note ban.

On the 6 th day of winter session of Indian Parliament, 2016. Indian National Congress,to launch country wide protests against, on Nov 28 and to observe the day as Aakrosh Divas.
There was strong uproar by opposition parties, on the note ban of 8 November 2016.. The opposition parties, have called for Nation wide protest Bharat Bandh on 28 November 2016 . More than a dozen of political parties, opposing the note ban, have collectively, decided to campaign against the note ban.
