User: D4iNa4 and User: Capitals00 are actually one person and is using his/her ids inappropriately from a long time. And they both were blocked previously for using multiple accounts. User:Zanhe also reported the same thing few months ago but was later ignored. Here I would like to present the same edits used by these two ids pushing their propaganda.
