Blocking
Hey there, I saw your message on User talk:Phaedriel. Only admins on wikipedia can block people. If someone's vandalizing and has been warned (usually with at least a few of the templates {{test}} through {{test4}}), they can be reported on Misplaced Pages:Administrator intervention against vandalism and someone will block them. Of course, there are also some IPs (like those from AOL) that are hardly worth blocking at all, since they change so often. Take care. —Bunchofgrapes (talk) 04:06, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
