This non-free media file should be replaced with a smaller version to comply with Misplaced Pages's non-free content policy and United States copyright law. Other information While the copyright of the painting belongs to the heirs of Konstantin Yuon, I, Alex Bakharev (talk), believe that using a low quality reproduction of the painting for the critical commentary of the style of its author constitutes fair use as define in the copyright law of the USA
