Services are provided by twho GSM operators, ProMonte (Owned by Telenor) and T-Mobile (Owned by T-Com Montenegro). Both providers have national coverage, and provide advanced services. Third provider is rumored to start service, and 3G telephony is expected to begin in 2006.
