Victor L. Williams (born September 19, 1970 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American actor.

He first appeared on TV in the series Love, Inc, but is best known as Doug Heffernan's best friend Deacon Palmer on The King of Queens.

Victor Williams attended Midwood High School in Brooklyn New York, and played power forward on the basketball team.
