Barry Mulcair (born 1 October 1948) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Carlton in the VFL.
Mulcair was recruited from South Bendigo in the Bendigo Football League. He made his debut midway through the 1970 season and won their 'Best First Year Player Award'. He played at half back in Carlton's premiership side that year.
