The Corrections is an upcoming movie based on the novel The Corrections by Jonathan Franzen. Robert Zemeckis is set to direct, and it is reported to star Judi Dench, Brad Pitt, Tim Robbins and Naomi Watts.

Switching directors

The Corrections has had such directors as Stephen Daldry and Robert Zemeckis attached to helm the film, although no real progress has been made since. However, Alejandro González Iñárritu has most recently been in talks with directing the film. Franzen reportedly has become obsessed with landing Joaquin Phoenix to play the role of "Jonathan Franzen" in the film.
