:Let me add this. I see you deleted the comments of another wikipedian who was not polite to me in his request for a name change. He also requested that my user page be "speedily" deleted. Now I see another wikipedian essentially reversed his action on that page saying my user page need not be deleted. Question, given that other user was sort of overruled by you and someone else on two separate pages, do I still need to change my user name? Besides, the policy "discourages" names like mine but does not exclude them, and other users have even agreed I should keep my name so the source of my additions is well known. So do I still need to change my name? --] 03:39, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

Different help with VP

Thanks for the approval! I've successfully installed VandalProof, but how do I run it? -- TheGreatLlama 17:28, 9 September 2006 (UTC)

Never mind, I figured it out. -- TheGreatLlama 17:39, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
Okay, now I have another thing with which I need help. A few seconds after I open VP, it says that my username is incorrect, or something like that. I've tried it with and without the underscore, but either way, it won't work. -- TheGreatLlama 17:52, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
I reinstalled, and that seemed to work, however there is now another problem: Many times, each time I open a page, an error message saying something about the a problem with the script occurred. I tried what it said in the FAQ, but that didn't work. -- TheGreatLlama 23:29, 9 September 2006 (UTC)

Vandalproof application

I applied for vandalproof quite a few days ago and havn't heard anything back, I re-applied today and was wondering if you would be so kind as to take a look at my application. I want vandalproof so I can stop using my "Automated Grammatical Changes" script thing which I created this morning as it has proven to have quite a few flaws! I also want to play a key part in cracking down on Vandalism but I am finding it tiresome going about reverts etc. in the normal manner!

Thanks for your time-- JiMoThY 15:10, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

VandalProof startup problem

Thanks for the approval to use VandalProof. Looking forward to taking it for a test drive on the roughly 2000 pages I routinely watch. However I seem unable to log-in on VandalProof. Is it perhaps triggered by the edit summary, which does not include my name, or is there another action that must be taken? Skål - Williamborg (Bill) 02:36, 18 September 2006 (UTC)

Got it up and running. Just an installation error... Thanks Williamborg (Bill) 18:50, 20 September 2006 (UTC)

AmiDaniel

Sir, what she did was wrong. How come she isn't punished for unjustly deleting a page that people worked hard on? Oh yeah, she's an admin. How come Robert Hamburger's Wiki isn't deleted, when he is less notable than Thilo Savage? This is blatant censorship. The Wiki community has yet to be given a justifiable reason why the Thilo Savage page was deleted and locked, and why the talk page is constantly deleted. It is ridiculous. Oh, and how about the article on Smegma, complete with pornographic pictures?

Userfying instead of using "db-bio"?

Hi there. I'm following up on your tagging of Timothy Michael Powell with the db-tag. Just to let you know that as the creator was User:Powelltimothy (clearly the same person), userfying (which has now been done) is a better option to avoid WP:BITE. Thanks. Carcharoth 01:00, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

Augh

Thanks. This guy was getting really out of hand. --172.193.16.56 01:47, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

That's where I went first, but he was already on thereOops, I meant he was on AIV-we just didn't have a lot of admins patrolling it at the time. ;) --172.193.16.56 01:54, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
And yes, I am rather used to Misplaced Pages. I believe I interacted with you at some point or another, I just don't recall when or why... --172.193.16.56 01:54, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
Ah, that was it... I knew I'd seen you before! And my good ISP should be back very soon... Heh heh heh... Better get my vandal-whackin' stick ready. ;) --172.193.16.56 02:00, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

PI-ETA

I saw your message on the AIV board after I blocked the user indefinitely. It appears that the user had only a single purpose, and I don't think waiting for more warnings was really justified. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know. Nishkid64 14:08, 15 October 2006 (UTC)

Khaosworks

I'm sorry for callin khaosworks names but i'm sure its him whos sending me extremely abusive and anti-catholic messages. Who else would argue about the issue. How did he even get my email address? action must be taken against that anti-catholic. this is discrimination! from Daniel Supreme

Name Change Question

Do you think it would be okay to change a username from SafeLibraries.org to SafeLibraries as no one might think it's a web site and I would no longer violate policy? --SafeLibraries 03:22, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

Let me add this. --SafeLibraries 03:39, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
