'''Anthony Reale''' is a ] and, was the ] candidate for ] representing ] in the ]. As reported in the January 11, 2006 edition of the Vaughan Weekly {{ref|Note1}}, Reale originally lost the Conservative nomination on the first ballot to former Canadian Alliance EDA President ]. Mr. Samson resigned the nomination in the Fall of 2005 for personal reasons, resulting in the Conservative Party appointing Reale prior to the election.
Reale is a former city councillor in the city of ] from 1985 to 1988. He ran for mayor in 1988, and was defeated by the then incumbent mayor ]. During that election campaign, an altercation occurred between him and municipal councillor ] outside of a local grocery store. Racco charged Reale with assault, alleging that the mayoral candidate had punched him in the face. Reale argued it was self-defence, and he was acquitted by a judge.

Reale has served as the returning officer for the ] and ] in the riding of Thornhill. He currently works for ] real estate agency as a sales representative.

Anthony Reale ran against ] backbencher incumbent and Chair of the Liberal Women's Committee ] in the 2006 federal election. The ] candidate was ], the ] candidate was ], and the ] candidate was ]. Reale who is 59, failed to win the riding, and came second to Kadis, who won by 10,929 votes.
