Vorarephilia is the interest sexual fetish in which a person fantasizes about eating another person alive or being eaten by another person alive. This fetish is mostly portrayed as stories, or cartoonish drawings, and internet role play, since this is typically considered an "imaginary fetish" since it is not possible to concieve in reality. The person with the fetish typically has a preference of eating people or wanting to be eaten by someone, and or if they want to be small (Micro), or big (Macro).
How this fetish develops is still currently unknown.
