Parameter:
  TITLE   = heading of the navigation box
  COLOR   = background color of the heading row of
            the navigation box, defaults to the color
            showed above
  CONTENT = contents of the navigation box. Use &#124; to separate links.
            It is not possible to include a pipe ("|") in the contents
            as this symbol is used to separate parameters.
  STATE   = Optional parameter (defaults to autocollapse): if set
            to collapsed the navigation box will always start out
            in a collapsed state.
