Jicomé Districto municipal de jicomé is a town municipal district of the municipality of Esperanza, located northeast in the Valverde Province of the Dominican Republic. Its in the central most populous religion in the country cibao. 101 mi (or 163 km) North-West of Santo Domingo, the country's capital city.

Hipólito Pichardo (born August 22, 1969) is a Dominican former right-handed pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for three teams between 1992 and 2002. He batted and threw right-handed.
