Miss Universe 2019 will be the 68th Miss Universe pageant. It is scheduled to be held in South Korea for the second time. Catriona Gray of the Philippines will crown her successor at the end of the event.

Background

Location

On 19 December 2018, in an interview with DZMM, a radio station in the Philippines, businessman, former governor of Ilocos Sur and Miss Universe 2016 main sponsor, Chavit Singson stated that the Miss Universe 2019 will be held in South Korea. However, an official announcement regarding the host nation and city has not yet been made by the Miss Universe Organization.
