Harleen made her Women's Twenty20 International cricket (WT20I) debut for India Women against England Women on 22 February 2018, at Wankhede in Mumbai . She is the second woman cricketer from Chandigarh to be a part of the national team with Taniya Bhatia, who debuted in 2018, being the first one.
