Lauren Katherine Conrad, mostly referred to as "L.C.", was born on February 1, 1986 in Newport Beach, California.

Lauren was raised as a Catholic.
Lauren was the narrator of the first season of Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County. The story line centered on her relationship with fellow co-star and long-time best friend, Stephen Coletti, and a love triangle with Kristin Cavalleri. Lauren also appeared on the second season of the show, but narrating duites were passed on to Cavalleri. In that season, Lauren's storyline focused on her dating Jason Wahler. At a benefit event, she saw Jason kiss an ex-girlfriend, Jessica Smith, and she broke it off with him. Months after, Lauren moved to Los Angeles where Jason was residing as well. She resumed dating him, however, a year or so later, she broke up with him because he allegedly partied too much. Her relationship with Wahler was documented in both the second season of Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County and the first season of The Hills. Lauren's most recent relationship was with Brody Jenner in October 2006, but People Magazine has since reported that Lauren and Brody are broken up. Brody had previously dated Kristin Cavallari, Lauren's suposed nemesis.
Entertainment Career
Lauren Conrad is a MTV reality star, best known for her role in the series Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County. On the show, she was the narrator and a major character who also nursed a crush for castmate Stephen Coletti, who was constantly stuck in an ongoing love triangle between LC and Kristin Cavallari. She now stars in her own reality show, The Hills, which is also on the MTV network. Her younger sister Breanna followed in her footsteps, starring in the third season of Laguna Beach with a new cast. They started to shoot the second season of The Hills in September and it will air next year in the summer.
Professional Career
Her interest in fashion design began in the seventh grade, which led her to the Academy of Art University in San Francisco for one semester before she transferred to a different school.
She was given an intern position for Teen Vogue Magazine in Los Angeles, and now lives in L.A. to attend the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, where she majors in her dream subject, Fashion Design.
