I just noticed that you had registered in the Sicilian wiki and you describe yourself as being part of the small wiki monitoring team. Is there any info on this team and what it does? Just interested, thanks. ] - ] 04:05, 30 November 2006 (UTC) |

I've been told I've vandalised an article, but I haven't! What should I do? If you think the message was intended for you, but you haven't vandalized an article, it's possible that you may have made an edit that isn't actually vandalism, but might not have fit Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines. (See these two pages for more information.) In particular, pay attention to the neutral point of view policy. It is also possible that the IP address of the computer you are using (or, if on dialup, one of the reserved IP addresses) has been caught vandalizing Misplaced Pages.
Vanity
Is this page vanity or not: Mikhail Lebedev --GoOdCoNtEnT 08:00, 3 September 2006 (UTC)

Hi there. You were leaving the above user warning messages about vandalism, and eventually they got blocked. Leaving messages is good, of course, but in this case, the editor was just playing around in the sandbox and their userpage. They weren't vandalising, and have made a number of perfectly reasonable (if frequently very minor) edits, but somehow they got hit with an indefinite block for their troubles. I've lifted the block now, but easier on the trigger eh? -Splash - tk 18:07, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
Template
I can confirm that I didn't start that page. The template is at User:Unisouth/Userboxes/Forpersonaluseonly/Discussion closed and is not for use on other wikipedia pages. GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT. Lenny 07:56, 5 September 2006 (UTC)

Apologies
I tried to revert Bollywood the same time you did -- I messed up using the pop-ups, so I reverted to the wrong revision. Thanks, Mack. 04:38, 10 September 2006 (UTC)

Re:Re:Talk:Main Page
That's a lot of colons in the header! :-) Anyway, no problem; I'm always on the lookout for that sort of thing. Heimstern Läufer 04:00, 30 September 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for the revert
Thanks for the userpage revert. I have no clue why I was targetted, but then again, I've stopped trying to figure out the psychology of userpage vandals a long time ago... :) -→Buchanan-Hermit™/?! 01:57, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
