The two pages seem to be covering mostly the same ground. There is not much difference between the two concepts; they are in a sense alternate phrases that mean more or less the same thing. These are two distinct business terms. Loyalty marketing is a very specific industry of marketing and it is distinct from the loyalty business model. The loyalty business model focuses on more core business principles vs. marketing. |
