    For editors who want a personal attack situation reviewed:

    1. Consider that in most cases, ignoring the attack is better than requesting sanction against the attacker. Do not report people if you are likewise guilty of hostility towards them.
    2. Make sure the user has actually commited a personal attack. (Please note that "personal attacks" are defined only under the WP:NPA policy. If a statement is not considered a personal attack under the intended spirit of this policy, it does not belong here.)
    3. The editor must have been warned earlier. The {{npa2}}, and {{npa3}} templates may be appropriate for new users; for long-term editors, it's preferable to write something rather than using a standard template. Reports of unwarned editors may be removed.
    4. If the behavior hasn't stopped, add the following header to the New Reports section of this page in the following format:

    1. A reviewer or an administrator will review each report on this page. In dealing with the report, the contribution history of the reported user shall be checked along with the diffs provided in the report. Where no personal attack is evident, then no action will be taken - however, should an administrator see that another seperate issue is evident, appropriate action or advice for that issue may be taken/given at his or her discretion and in line with wiki policy.
    2. Reports on this page stand on their own merits in accordance with Misplaced Pages's no personal attacks policy. As such, disputes and discussions over reports are not suitable for this page except for such comments left by admins or reviewers describing their actions and/or findings.     3. Do nothing, warn them again, or, if you are an adminstrator, block the user in question as you think is required. Explain things carefully to the user who listed the attacker if you feel there's been a misunderstanding.
    4. Move the report to the Open Reports section and give an update to the status of the report.
    5. Delete old reports that have been dealt with.

    This user left some inappropriate comments on the Talk:Ebionites page and . User logged in anonymously (63.215.29.103 and 209.244.30.107) and left his name. This user has been warned previously by an admin and received two blocks for similar behavior. Slow learner. Requesting a 72 hour block this time. Ovadyah 23:56, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

    This User has gotten somewhat frustrated in several disputes, and it has gotten beyond control (very sadly). In an edit summery, while reverting Template:User cg, he wrote in rough Serbo-Croat I fuck your mother, Nikola! I understand Montenegrin better than you understand Serbian. Momisan I am on yours side till my deaths. This user is normally very constructive, but this is not the first occasion that he reacted, as nuclear reactors do (when they overheat). On one occasion before he called a user a Serb whore - and I warned him indeed for trying to ease down his tempter several times. --PaxEquilibrium 15:51, 7 December 2006 (UTC)

    Try to edit this page and see how his post will read. He tries to use certain conventions (using font size=1 color=white in the template of his post)to hide his uncivil attack to other users. This user discredits wikipedia. News is already spreading around the academe that wikipedia is no longer a credible source of information and articles are said to be opinions of authors whose creditbility is in question. I think contributors like User: 195.84.40.9 add to this ill reputation that is being spread about wikipedia. If you change "font size=1 color=white" to "font size=1 color=red" of in the template od his post on my user page talk will read as follows:

    I have already warned him twice for the following abuses: diff 1 diff 2, calling me terrorist.

    Now he's made a new personal attack diff 3 saying (allegedly in the name of banned user Albinomite, of whom he admits to be a meatpuppet):

    The difference is a meatpuppet's got claws and can fight back. "Suck kind of people should not even exist," what kind of people do you mean exactly? Please elaborate.     Translation of the Spanish language part: We are sick of arse-licking communists like you, if you repudiate spain so much then why don't you go away to Venezuela or Cuba? You would surely be happy there with the rest of monkeys and communists.     User has continued personal attacks after final warning, calling me more abusive names on Shell's talk page ("scum", "rat"), and threatening to make a new sockpuppet account to circumvent any forthcoming block. With that threat in mind, I should point out that user also edits from IP 202.9.48.50 (see where K42 reinstates the IP's vandalism). Editing as IP, user vandalized the user page of editor who reverted the earlier vandalism. That may or may not have been a personal attack, in any case it occurred before final warning, but this last round on Shell's user page was a direct response to the final warning. — coelacan talk — 15:16, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

    User doesn't appear to have been warned about personal attacks and since this is the only attack presented, no further action was taken. Also, he's describing the actions of someone who he feels is labeling him, not directly attacking a person. Shell 19:14, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
    He has made all kinds of other personal attacks, including inviting Jesus to "f**k" my mother, among many others. Anyway, the user got banned as established that he's the sockpuppet of User:Afrika paprika, so I guess it's no longer important. --PaxEquilibrium 17:46, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
