, your twentieth edit on that sister project, after over eight months of absence there, starts to look surprisingly much like some sort of hounding: it is the third talk page, in a short time, where you jump in a discussion on a topic which before attracted little or nothing of your interest, immediately giving (mostly rather off-topic) negative comments about my editing. Please cease and desist with that behaviour. I've had much more dealings with the commons platform than you appear to have had, so I know what I can suggest or not, and need no comments that I should rather shut up and listen than offer suggestions. Where were you when composer autographs were sorted in correct categories in that sister project? Please be welcome to assist, but your off-topic negative comments (without actually fixing anything) help nobody. --] (]) 10:00, 30 November 2019 (UTC) |

GOCE March drive newsletter
Guild of Copy Editors March 2012 backlog elimination drive update
Greetings from the Guild of Copy Editors March 2012 Backlog elimination drive! Here's the mid-drive newsletter. Participation: We have had 58 people sign up for this drive so far, which compares favorably with our last drive, and 27 have copy-edited at least one article. If you have signed up but have not yet copy-edited any articles, please consider doing so. Every bit helps! If you haven't signed up yet, it's not too late. Join us! Progress report: Our target of completing the 2010 articles has almost been reached, with only 56 remaining of the 194 we had at the start of the drive. The last ones are always the most difficult, so thank you if you are able to help copy-edit any of the remaining articles. We have reduced the total backlog by 163 articles so far. Special thanks: Special thanks to Stfg, who has been going through the backlog and doing some preliminary vetting of the articles—removing copyright violations, doing initial clean-up, and nominating some for deletion. This work has helped make the drive a more pleasant experience for all our volunteers. Thanks for removing falsehoods.
Thank you for removing them. I mostly do it when I found them, but I guess I missed some of them. MikkelJSmith (talk) 00:05, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
- I was really shocked actually at the way the sources were being misrepresented. I'm going through them more carefully now given what I've seen. Thanks for your work as well. Littleolive oil (talk) 03:44, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks for your comments on my work. I'm a bit behind in what I need to add. Due to work, I haven't added two big news stories regarding the CPC campaign. MikkelJSmith (talk) 12:23, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
- Given the subject of the article it is not surprising that false information is being added. The best reaction is to read the refs and fix accordingly! - Ahunt (talk) 13:24, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
- I'm traveling again and may not be able to do much more on the articles. Best. Littleolive oil (talk) 23:11, 11 October 2019 (UTC)

Hello! Voting in the 2019 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 on Monday, 2 December 2019. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
