== David L. Worland Tribute Song ==

Another lyrical ballad, composed in honor of supreme ruler and principal, David L. Worland, is as follows:

Born in the year 1953,
Out the womb busted little Davy,
Whita than light, but blacka than night,
Ma's pussy in the left, and gun in the right.
Growin' up in the streets was lonely times.
Always watchin' backs with unholstered nines.
The weather in Naptown tends to be breezy,
To major in Pimpology sho ain't easy.
Cathedral is my hood and I administrate it,
I need to be faded to keep it regulated.
I’m blue ribbon bitch so you best respekt it,
or I’ma bust yo ass when you least expect it.
I bust out the do' round 3 o'clock
Hittin switches 'n bitches as I hustle round the block.
Rollin in the caddy with the seat reclined,
Soft heated seats for my tender behind
I keep my ride polished to a sparkling sheen,
the sun hits my wheels with a golden gleam,
I wait for Jesus with his golden beams
But if he comes back he'll be on my second string
Yeah thats right, the lord is number two
Steve Helmich is my nigga not a risen Jew
I walk down the street with a gangsta swagga,
Quotin Mr T and his jibba jabba.
School bellz ride low so I need to adjust,
Put the hand to the crotch just to keep them up,
Cause I'm hung, large, in all contentions,
X, Y, and Z, all three dimensions.
D. L. Dubya is the mothafuckin pimp,
I pimp so much that it never goes limp.
I continually keep my hos in check,
K Saum continually keeps my dick erect.
I impress the ladies with my wads of dough.
I use platinum picks on my huge afro.
so enough about me, what about you?
I'll gladly be your friend if you'll be mine too
Cathedral High School is a private, Catholic Institution in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. It serves over 1,200 students in grades 9 to 12.

The school was founded as a boys' high school in 1918, and was run by the Catholic church until 1960, when it became an independent school run by the Holy Cross Brothers of Notre Dame. Without church funds, however, it ran into financial problems, and in 1972 it faced closure. It was rescued by parents and alumni, who set up a non-profit trust to take over and run the school. The trust was willing to make more sweeping changes to the way the school was run: in 1976 it moved to larger premises and began admitting girls.

While the school is still run as a Catholic organization, and Catholic teachings still form part of the curriculum, there is no requirement that students be Catholics: according to the school, 45% of students are followers of other faiths.

Clubs

Cathedral High School has a large list of clubs that can be found here. They range from clubs found in many high schools such as the school newspaper, to religiously oriented clubs such as the liturgy planning committee.

Trivia

 • The buildings are connected by an underground system of tunnels.
 • In 2004 the school was honored as a Blue Ribbon School.
 • On the upper level in the science hallway there is a locker isolated from the all the others which goes by the name "Locker Bob".
 • One of the school's buildings called Loretta Hall is supposedly haunted by the ghost of an old nun.

School Song

Cathedral's school song is called "The Fight Song". It can be heard at any Cathedral High School sporting event or pep assembly. It was composed in the 1920's by a Cathedral student. A very popular variation of the "Fight Song" is called the "Cymbal Song". The "Cymbal Song" was written in 2005 by a Mr. John Pittman. The lyrics are as follows:

"Here's to the cymbals, here's to you

Here's to your colors, gold and gold,

You go like this, and you go like this,

And sometimes you go like this!

So raise up your cymbals,

To the Lord,

The Lord of the cymbals,

Is Sirois.

Da-da da da, Da-da da da

Da-da da-da da-da

Hile Hitler!"
