This notice has been left for you because another Misplaced Pages user suspects that, perhaps innocently, you may have defamed someone in your contributions. Please recheck ]. Do not make allegations against someone unless you have provided evidence from a reliable publication, and then make sure you describe the allegations in accordance with our content policies, particularly ] and ]. Comments that defame an individual may leave you open to being sued by them. == Don't just slap on a template and leave ==

You've added the "weasel-word" template to many India-related articles and given no reason for what you're doing. If you put up a template, you should explain on the talk page why you are doing so. If there's a discussion and you're over-ruled by other editors, the template can eventually be removed. If you don't give any reason at all, the template can be removed at any time.

How can there be a reason for so many templates? It seems more like vandalism.

I'm not going to start removing them immediately, but if you can't justify them, they've got to go. ] 07:23, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

Dear Zora it shows lot of Partiality in these articles.
] 07:25, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

: We can't read your mind. You have to explain exactly what you mean by partiality and what are the "weasel words" of which you complain. ] 07:27, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

== Complain tto admin... ==

http://en.wikipedia.org/Wikipedia:Administrators_noticeboard/ is if you wish to take action, or for this user to be further warned (although, he has been given a warning of a different kind at the bottom of his talk page). Please try not to address discussion to the admin in the Carnatic music discussion page, as it litters the page and admin are unlikely to look at it unless a complaint is made.

== Resolving disputes ==

Could I suggest that mundane editorial disagreements are most likely to resolve quickly and productively when editors observe the following:
* Remain polite per ].
* Solicit feedback and ask questions.
* Keep the discussion focused. Concentrate on a small set of related matters and resolve them to the satisfaction of all parties.
* Focus on the subject rather than on the personalities of the editors.
Thanks!<!-- from Template:Civil0 --> ] 19:16, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
