Dag Meoushan (Hebrew: דג מעושן means smoked fish) is a dish made of smoked trout. it is traditionally eaten as part of meze, especially at breakfast, Rainbow trouts can be found at the Dan River where locals fishing them, it is a regional dish of the region, sometimes rosemary leaves are added for taste.
