Jon Doscher (born Jonathan Henry Doscher in Westwood, New Jersey), is an American actor and film producer.
Doscher was class president and the starting free safety for the high school football team at Pascack Hills High School, attending the regional high school in Montvale, New Jersey alongside classmates Rick Hurvitz, Bruce Beresford Redman, and Dana Bash. After graduation, he began a successful contracting business which he ran servicing residential and business customers for nearly 13 years. Later, he developed a home improvement contractors guide for Bergen County residents, and eventually published a lifestyle and entertainment magazine called That's Life!

Though the album actually garnered some intial interest from Sharon Osbourne at Ozz Records, a recording career was not in the cards.
But Doscher's inner voice finally found it's calling when, after a near-infamous mail correspondence with three-time Oscar winner Jack Nicholson, he enrolled and trained at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in New York City. Shortly thereafter, actor and friend Danny Aiello advised him to start auditioning, and he was then quickly cast in the film This Thing of Ours, starring James Caan. He has also appeared in several independent films such as Vodka Rocks, and also starred in an off-Broadway production called Rain Delay.
In 2003, Doscher produced and acted in the feature film Remedy. He portrayed the cocaine addicted dentist Dr. Evan Quinn, in a New York City murder mystery. The film also featured Frank Vincent (Raging Bull, Casino), Vincent Pastore (The Sopranos), and Ace Frehley of KISS. The film was featured at the 2004 American Film Market, and was premiered in a red-carpet event at the Chelsea Clearview Cinema in New York on April 29, 2004.
Currently, Doscher is producing several exciting and intriguing feature films based on true stories. 4CHOSEN is based on the true story of four minority basketball players who were shot at by two New Jersey State Troopers 13 times without provocation during a routine traffic stop on the New Jersey Turnpike in April of 1998 that received national attention. Anyone's Son is based on the true story of an 18-year old college freshman who, after years of peer and parental abuse, returns home for Thanksgiving and murders his parents and two brothers while they slept. He is the president of Starline Films.
