Speedy deletion nomination of ValhallaDSP
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on ValhallaDSP, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Misplaced Pages:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. •≈20+π 20:13, 30 November 2019 (UTC)
Apology
Samboy I apologize for my wording at the Biden Talk page. I was operating from frustration and have no real excuse. I will update my entry. I am not always the best with wording, so it might take me a bit, but I wanted to get this out here first. Regards. --Davemoth (talk) 20:57, 2 April 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you very much for the apology. It shows a strong character and a good person to do that, and you have earned my respect. If I have offended you in any way personally, I apologize too. I look forward to your continued contributions to the Misplaced Pages. Samboy (talk) 12:04, 3 April 2020 (UTC)

I don't know if it applies or not, but I've tried to file for a third opinion regarding the wording of Marvin Minsky's window's claim, per wp:3o:
It is recommended that the filing editor notifies the second editor about the post here. If the second editor disagrees with this process, the first editor still has the right to receive a third opinion; however, since this is non-binding, the second editor is free to ignore the third opinion if they wish to.
I field the issue as 'Disagreement over the use of the term "all of the visits to Epstein's residences".' Regards, Rolf H Nelson (talk) 22:26, 10 May 2020 (UTC)
- I see the third opinion request was denied. While consensus can change, it hasn’t for the Marvin Minsky article. I don’t think consensus will change unless new information comes out, which is unlikely since Minsky passed away several years ago.
- On a personal level, while I feel #MeToo has been a much needed counterbalance to the Free love movement started in the 1960s, it has also become in some ways a witch hunt. People tend to believe lurid stories of sex without looking at the evidence; see, for example the Duke lacrosse case or how many people believed the A Rape on Campus story, so I am very careful when it comes to allegations of sexual misconduct.
