Lynnae C. Quick is an Ocean Worlds Planetary Scientist at Goddard Space Flight Center. Her research centers on modeling volcanic processes and activity on terrestrial planets and moons. She also serves as a member of the NASA Solar System Exploration Research Virtual Institute (SSERVI) Toolbox for Research and Exploration (TREX) team.

Education

Quick received her Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina A&T State University in 2005. She then attended Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where she received her Master of Science degree in physics with a concentration in astrophysics in 2009. In 2010, she began her graduate work at Johns Hopkins University, where she received her Doctor of Philosophy degree in 2013 in Earth and Planetary Sciences.
