Political Career
Padalkar belongs to Dhangar community from Maharashtra, he unsuccessfully contested Lok Sabha Elections from Sangli in 2019 on Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi ticket, later he joined BJP and contested Vidhan Sabha elections from Baramati against Ajit Pawar, he got defeated by Pawar with huge margin of 1,60,000, In 2020 along with 9 others he got elected to Maharashtra Legislative Council by BJP.
