Usage

- pre-code = linked name of preceding station
- post-code = linked name of following station
- }}

where pre-code is a combination of the word pre and a code for the line without space or hyphen,
and post-code is the pre-code with the word pre replace by post
Codes for lines are selected from a list.
Example:

Changes to the end stations in the mid column or adding new lines is done by editing the template.
