Creative Clinic speedy deletion

Hello Loksmythe

Sorry if this is the wrong place to comment on this, I wasn't sure how else to send you a message.

On 8th July you reviewed a page for Creative Clinic and proposed it for speedy deletion.

I was wondering whether any of the following citations in support of what was written would help to have this reinstated and show that this is news rather than promotion? There are numerous, respected independent publications talking about Creative Clinic and in particular its work on #ClapForOurCarers. Please see the following references:

https://www.thirdsector.co.uk/third-sector-digital-awards-%E2%80%93-best-online-awareness-campaign-creative-clinic-clapforourcarers/article/1690746

https://www.thirdsectordigitalawards.com/results-2020/

https://jewishnews.timesofisrael.com/community-agency-behind-clap-for-carers-initiative-wins-award/

There is also a Misplaced Pages page about Clap For Our Carers and the impact Creative Clinic's work has had at https://en.wikipedia.org/Clap_for_Our_Carers

In particular this: "Why did it win? By 30 June 2020, the social media reach of the #ClapForCarers campaign included more than 413 million views on TikTok; 553,000 impressions on Instagram; and 1.4 million impressions on Twitter. Leading figures in public office supported the campaign, including the Queen, the Prime Minister and the Mayor of London, and the campaign also benefited from celebrity support, from the Beckhams to Daniel Craig. The campaign was hugely successful in raising awareness of, and pride in, the vital roles that frontline NHS and key workers played across the coronavirus pandemic, with the weekly round of applause becoming a focal point of the initial crisis. The BBC, ITV, Channel Four and Sky News / Sky One broadcasted the applause live for nine weeks."

and also this: "What did the judges say? This work hit at the right time and the right place and people were ready for it,” judges said, praising the coordinated effort to promote Annemarie’s initiative. “The response and reach was massive and powerful. the most effective work here. The Clap for Carers has become part of our culture."

I hope this will allay your concerns. If not are you able to help with creation of the entry in such a way as to be acceptable?

Many thanks for your consideration. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Adam Selwyn (talkcontribs) 17:53, 5 August 2020 (UTC)

Request on 21:09:48, 3 July 2020 for assistance on AfC submission by Deltagammaz

Thanks for reviewing my request.

Could you give me some more info on how my draft is "written like an ad"?

I also do not understand how it does not qualify for a wikipedia article. Any more info on that would be greatly appreciated.

Happy to make any necessary changes.

Looking forward to your feedback.

Axis Asset Management Company

Hello, Thank you for your review of the Axis Asset Management Company. I see that you have Axis Asset Management Company with Axis Bank but they are different companies. I have added the details of Axis Asset Management Company in the original article. Do you think it is appropriate to merge Axis Asset Management Company and Axis Banks. Ta! Draft:STUDIO Urbanism

Hi @Loksmythe ! Thanks for reviewing my article but I have a few questions to improve it and make it approved! The content of the article I wrote is from the Editor (who is a Reliable source) and supported by other sector publications which talk about STUDIO Urbanism and its cultural project: as you can see in the bibliography part (Zero Undici Più, Jul 2019 ; Archdaily, Jul 2016  ; World Architecture COMMUNITY, Jan 2015, )

Then the structure (Bibliography, see also, references and external links) follow the standard of wikipedia as other articles of the same typology: https://it.wikipedia.org/Casabella , https://en.wikipedia.org/Domus_(magazine) , https://en.wikipedia.org/Abitare

Please help me with this article and let me make it published, it's interesting and full of cultural content! Thanks a lot!!! Achille18 (talk) 12:07, 10 July 2020 (UTC)

PHYNE

Hi Loksmythe,

I have already tried to contact you here: https://en.wikipedia.org/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Articles_for_creation/Help_desk

I just wanted to ask how I can improve my sources for coming articles? I would really enjoying researching and writing articles, but I'm not sure what I've done wrong with the sources... Beforehand I looked at streetwear Brands such as Supreme, Off White, etc. and they use similar sources as mine.

Kind regards Juergen — Preceding unsigned comment added by JuergenDoran (talkcontribs) 08:46, 14 July 2020 (UTC)

Please review WP:RS. The subject, Draft:PHYNE, simply does not fulfill WP:NCORP. Loksmythe (talk) 15:05, 16 July 2020 (UTC)

The organization of the page does not follow Misplaced Pages standards. It's not at all clear what if any purpose the bibliography section serves. Loksmythe (talk) 15:09, 16 July 2020 (UTC)

Hi @Loksmythe, Thanks for your answer! As you can see I simplify the article to follow Misplaced Pages Standars.

I think that the bibliography helps the wikipedia users to better understand STUDIO's contents and to create a discussion on Urbanism. If you think that some articles are not good to explain these concepts, I can delete them. If you think there too many articles, I can delete the oldest ones.

Please help me with this article and let me make it published, it's interesting and full of cultural content! Thanks a lot!!! Achille18

Request on 21:35:38, 14 July 2020 for assistance on AfC submission by Tonyockbud

Tonyockbud (talk) 21:35, 14 July 2020 (UTC)

I believe the article I submitted does meet the guidelines as it has references from a major magazine in NY and other published articles that the source topic published. In fact the only reason I was submitting the article was because he is an Actor and a Security expert I met on the set of a feature film that he was consulting fo.

So it sounds like you have an undeclared WP:COI then. And from the sources provided he does not fulfill the criteria for Misplaced Pages:Notability (people). Loksmythe (talk) 14:58, 16 July 2020 (UTC)

Deletion of Draft:The Bettr Group

Hi Loksmythe

I was notified that you were the deleting administrator for Draft:The Bettr Group. Is there anyway for me to retrieve the draft back? And I would like some clarification as to how the content is a violation of Misplaced Pages's terms and condition. All of the resources used were from third-parties and written in neutral tone.

Appreciate any additional clarification and a way to retrieve back the deleted draft. Thanks.

Request on 00:06:20, 9 August 2020 for assistance on AfC submission by 174.28.151.35

Request for further review, Brayan Salinas Re Brayan Salinas, please understand that, while only 21 (especially because he is only 21), his being considered among 22 finalists (out of thousands of submissions) for five $25,000 awards in the Ruth Lilly and Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg Poetry Fellowships is a big deal, it is actually extraordinary. The winners will be announced in September. Many of the other 22 finalists have Misplaced Pages pages with fewer credentials than Mr. Salinas, giving them an unfair advantage. Please reconsider.

Hello,

In reference to you declining my page creation for the ROKiT group - can you please identify what parts of the article were in an advertising tone so I am able to address this.

Thank you!
